If there was a character behind the bar it would have been doing a pretty ridiculous run. If you watch the bar, it does a gingerly hop back and forth off of its bottom corners. Comedy Central took responsibility for it, but there’s several clues in the censored version of 201 - first, at the beginning of the episode when it’s revealed that Santa was in the bear suit Randy asks the kids if it was Santa all along and Stan essentially says “of course, if he was going to be in a bear suit in a uhaul, why would we actually have him there you fucking idiot!?” This appears to be a shot at CC and FCC pointing out that if they’re going to censor the image of Muhammad, why would they bother making the character? Secondly, just after the censor bar appears and the boys get the idea to visit the mad scientist, they run off and the bar follows behind them.
