When enough experience points are gained, you level up and gain skill points, you can use these skill points on Unlocks to upgrade your shop and your skills to improve the quality of your jobs and increase the quantity of jobs you can complete at one time. As you repair vehicles and complete phone orders, you obtain cash and experience points. The player is then able to take the vehicle for a test drive at various places around the city like the Abandoned Airport, Race Track, Offroad Track, Test Track and the Speed Track. Upon receiving a job through your phone the vehicle will be delivered at the stops main gate, the player is able to move the vehicle to a car lift to then further examine and diagnose issues and then repair them. In Campaign mode the game is divided into job orders, these vary from repairing customer vehicles, replacing brakes, rebuilding engines and more.
